Juan Osorno
Founder
Juan Osorno has been an Ann Arbor local for over 30 years, 15 of which he has been servicing and selling bicycles at local shops. He enjoys mountain biking, playing bass guitar, and spending time with his family in his free time. Bikes are his passion and after a soft launch of his business, Juan Solo Services LLC in 2025, he can’t wait to share it with his community.
Nymeria
Head of Customer Service
Nymeria, or Ny, is an 8 year old Siberian Husky. She loves meeting the people! She strives to meet each client and ensure a paw-sitive client experience. Previously she has worked at Motor City Bicycle and Aberdeen Bike as a greeter. With 2 years under her belt she is an expert in her field.
